What To Wear

Uniform must be worn at Rainbow Gymnastics  as all of our items are long wearing and durable and designed for the sport. The following items are available on the rainbow Gymnastics shop and at reception.

Please try on sizes at reception as due to hygiene we cannot accept exchanges or returns on leotards. Ballet and cheer will need to do an order form

On your Childs first two classes they should wear leggings/joggers and t shirt. Boys can wear either a rainbow hoodie or t shirt or we have a boys leotard and shorts exclusive to rainbow which is available to view on the shop.

Remember - no earrings including stud earring are permitted even if covered with tape. British gymnastics gives a grace period of 6 weeks after piercing to use tape over the earrings.

Bare feet is recommended due to the slip hazards of socks. Gymnastics is traditionally performed in bare feet for this reason.
