Due to Covid - 19, our parents area is now closed and no adults are permitted to enter the building under any circumstance except for designated parent and toddler session after which the entire gym is disinfected. We operate a one way in and out system and the parents room is being used to socially distance the class within their bubbles before class. Please do not book if you child can not come in alone and instead opt for the parent and toddler session which is ages 0-4
Sporty and comfortable clothing such as: T shirt, leggings, tracksuit, bare feet worn. Leotards should not be worn for children under 4 as this causes toileting difficulties. We do not have a compulsory uniform except for competitive squad. Children are free to wear whichever leotard they like and we do have several for sale on our website including the club one.
Hair must be tied up and no jewelry is permitted including studs.
To Attend the mini gym programme your child must be 3 years old, able to attend independent, be competent to go to the toilet alone and fully potty trained. If you child is not yet 3 or potty trained please book in for the parent and toddler session as an alternative.
MY CHILD IS 4 CAN THEY ATTEND THE RECREATION PROGRAMME with their brother or sister
To Attend the recreation programme your child must be 5 years old we do however have mini gym and recreation sessions running at the same time although they will be in different groups
No eating is allowed in the gym but we recommend water for all gymnasts.
