This is the first step into independent gymnastics lessons.
Children work through their gymnastics awards awards and receive reports and assessments alternating monthly with an end of month fun activity.

After warm up the coach then splits the class into groups who continue on to apparatus work at bars, beam, floor and trampoline. The rainbow motto is fun based learning environment which is safe and allows children to develop confidence and physical fitness while developing skills. We  have two dedicated pre-school areas with specialist equipment that is smaller with safer heights for younger children to develop their confidence and strength.

British Gymnastics insurance required

This is a structured gymnastics lesson. This is a mixed class with boys and girls.  Children work through their gymnastics awards awards and receive reports and assessments alternating monthly with an end of month fun activity.

Following warm up, the coach then splits the class into groups who continue on to apparatus work at bars, beam, floor and trampoline.​ The rainbow motto is fun based learning environment which is safe and allows children to develop confidence and physical fitness while developing skills.​ We have one of the largest purpose built facilities in Northern Ireland with and coaches with over 20 years experience.​ Children progress is monitored and recorded by coaches.

British Gymnastics insurance required

This scheme is for advanced gymnasts and is suitable for gymnasts who can already perform a good handstand, bridge and cartwheel. The class is 1 hour long.

Children work through their gymnastics awards awards and receive reports and assessments alternating monthly with an end of month fun activity.

Children do a variety of beam, bars, floor, vault and trampoline in our 12,000 square foot facility with specialized gymnastics equipment. Children work through their RGC advanced proficiency awards and reports and assessments x3 times per year.

£39 per calender month

This scheme is for advanced gymnasts. The class is 1 1/2 hours long. Please contact the club for an assessment.

Walkovers · Front limber · Round off · Basic handspring prep

​Level 5 Entry:
Front Handspring · Back handspring · Tucked Saltos · Free cartwheels

Children do a variety of beam, bars, floor, vault and trampoline in our 12,000 square foot facility with specialized gymnastics equipment.

Loose comfortable clothing such a t-shirt and leggings, hoodies or tracksuit.
